If you've browsed decklists before, you might've come across Japanese "City League" tournaments and their decklists. These decklists can often be very unique, due to the Japanese Standard tournaments running a best-of-1 format instead of best-of-3 in Regionals and IC's. This puzzle places a City League deck vs a unique Day 2 deck from Milwaukee Regionals 2025. You will control the latter deck, which is Farigiraf ex/ Crustle, a stall deck with unique offensive capabilities. Observe the board state and determine the path to claim your last 3 prizes and the victory on this turn!
More Cards, More Problems
You have the do-everything deck of Armarouge Box playing against the ultra-meta Absol Box. Your opponent has a clear prize advantage and allowing them 1 more turn will more than likely give them the win. This game has developed very slowly. In your favor, this gives you a lot of cards in your hand, so you have a lot of options to run with. Consider **every possible win condition**, as well as your opponent's board state, and figure out the path to lock in the victory.
Thinning is Winning
Let's take a throwback to Worlds 2025, where ESP Gholdengo was a very popular option. You are in an end-game situation vs Dragapult ex and you need to win this turn. After prize checking during your ESP search, you confirmed that both Levincia and a Darkness Energy are prized. This deck does runs Redeemable Ticket, so there's hope of getting them out, but you'll have to be smart. Reminder - The Puzzle's proper solution does not rely on luck; there is a sequence that will guarantee you the win. With that said, we swapped out the Chanseys in this deck with ones that are less "lucky".

It's New Year's Eve, so get your fireworks ready! This puzzle uses a nonsense deck to create a beautiful fireworks show. Can you take six prizes in one turn for a gorgeous display?
Break the Safeguard
Raging Bolt ex is a powerful and straightforward deck - you attach energies with Sada, Teal Dance the Ogerpon, draw a bunch of cards, then wipe your opponent off the face of the Earth. That is, unless you are playing against a smart opponent that is trying to stall you until they can get properly setup. In this case, you are playing a smart opponent, leaving only a Mimikyu to stall you with its Safeguard ability. Can you find the way to knock it off and end this match before your opponent can set up?

Future Box may have been quiet lately, but it is starting to see some resurgence in online tournments Can you score a turn 1 win by knocking out Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex?
Transformative "Smart"
You just started a game with Tera Box vs Gardevoir ex. You are going second. Your opponent only has a Munkidori in the active with an empty bench. This sounds like a lock, except for the fact you only have a lone Ditto in the active spot. Ditto's "Transformative Start" allows it to turn into any basic in the deck. Can you pick the right one that will claim the early win?

If you played the first Corner(stone)-ed puzzle, you're in for quite a treat. Run it back now with N's Zoroark this time. How can you take down the Ogrepon in this scenario?

Your opponent quickly got their Gholdengo ex's set up and one-shot your Dragapult ex. You are left with no backup Dreepy's! However, you were at least able to claim 2 prizes before the sweep fest begins. Somehow, some way, you can score a 4 prize-turn and the win with this current board state. Can you figure out the exact sequence to make it rain (pun intended) on your opponent?
Shark Week
Mega Sharpedo ex and Toxtricity make a great combo, accelerating energy onto any of your Dark Pokemon with the cost of 20 damage (so like Gardevoir ex but for dark types). This means Sharpedo's Hungry Jaws attack can do 270 damage quickly! You are playing Mega Lucario ex,and it is up front with full health left. How can we do 340 HP of damage, claim our last 3 prizes AND the game in this one turn?
Corner(stone)-ed!
Well this is awkward... You are running Joltik Box vs Mega Absol Box, and your opponent left their Cornerstone Mask Ogrepon ex in the Active Spot. You are running out of options, since Ogrepon cannot be damaged by attacks from Pokemon with abilities. You are running out of cards in your deck, and your deck is full of Pokemon WITH abilities (excluding Joltik, but it doesn't even do damage). You need 2 prizes to win, so Munkidori doesn't matter here. We need to find a way to knock it out on this turn, else this game might end not in your favor!
When it Rains, it Pours!
Everybody knows Gholdengo ex can deal essentially any amount of damage it wants with its “Make It Rain” attack—well, that is, as long as you have enough Energy cards in your hand. In this puzzle, you find yourself backed into a corner against one Charizard ex and one Mega Charizard X ex. Your opponent has also attached a Hero’s Cape to their Mega Charizard X ex, putting it at a massive 460 HP! You have already taken 3 Prize cards and have 3 left to go. Can you win the game on this turn?
Betrayed by the Trader
In this matchup with N's Zoroark ex vs Marnie's Grimmsnarl ex, your opponent has their full board set up to prevent you from causing damage, with Shaymin and 2 Munkidori's benched. With 1 Morgrem and Grimmsnarl also available, they will start biting away at your bench soon. This seems like an easy win, however, consider that you already used Zoroark's "Trade" ability (twice) and it didn't yield so well, or did it? I'm pretty sure there's a 3 prize move that will seal this game.

Mega Absol Box is a very useful deck, it utilizes multiple Munkidori to offset damage, and a powerful Mega Absol ex to insta-KO your opponent. Even though you have no energy attached to your Absol, show you have what it takes by claiming 2 prizes and the game on this turn!
Gardy Math 101
In this Gardevoir ex vs Mega Absol Box matchup, there is a scenario where you can get 3 prizes in a single turn and win this game before your opponent even gets started. It's just going to take a little math - some Gardy math! Be extra sure to observe the board state before beginning!
